摘要 肿瘤靶向治疗是提高肿瘤治疗效果的一条重要途径。单克隆抗体对相应的抗原具有高度特异性 ,可以针对特定的分子靶点 ,制备与之特异性结合的单抗。目前研制的抗肿瘤靶向药物大多数均属单抗制品或以单抗为靶向载体的免疫偶联物 ,通称单抗药物。研制单抗药物是当前生物技术药物领域甚为活跃的部分。针对新靶点 ,利用新型抗体与新型“弹头”药物 ,将可构建针对各种癌症的抗肿瘤单抗药物 ,在肿瘤靶向治疗中发挥重要作用。
