摘要
特发性膝部骨内高压症以膝部痛肿为主要表现,尤以休息痛明显。临床表现不典型。治疗以钻孔和(或)开窗减压为主。作者用减压法治疗两例,近期效果良好。
Two patients with idiopathic intraosseous hypertension in the knee region are reported in this paper.The major manifestations of this disease were swelling,pain and rest pain.Clinical symptoms were not typical.The two patients were treated with decompress by drilling.They got good results.The authors consider that decompress with drilling is a chief treatment method for idiopathic intraosseous hypertension in the knee region.
