摘要
江泽民同志在北师大百年校庆大会上,全面阐述了教育创新思想。教育创新既是时代的要求,也是现代化建设及教育自身发展的要求。教育创新首先要确立正确的教育观,着眼于开发人的潜能、发展人的个性、活跃人的思想、激发人的热情。教育体制创新是教育创新的关键,教育内容、方法和手段的创新是教育创新的核心,而教育创新的根本在于教师创新,树立"教育大计,教师为本"的观念。要贯彻"三个代表"思想,把握"三个面向"方针,坚持"实践第一"的原则,推进教育创新这一艰巨、复杂的系统工程。
Comrade Jiang Ze-min elaborated all-sidedly his educational thought on the occasion of the centennial of BNU. The educational innovation is the demand not only of the times, but also of the construction of modernization and the development of education. To innovate the education, the correct educational ideas should be established first, so as to exploit the potential talents, develop the personality, enlighten the thinking and stimulate the enthusiasm of people. The innovation of the educational system is the key to the educational innovation. The innovation of the content, methods and means of the education is the core of the educational innovation. The basis of the educational innovation lies in the teaching staff. The idea, that education is a key element, therefore, the teaching staff become the basis of education, should be established. The three represents thought should be carried out. The guiding theory of the three fors should be followed. The principle that practice is the priority should be stuck to. Hence an impetus can be given to the education that is a hard and complicatedly systematic project.
