摘要
所有制结构调整要根据区域经济特点、经济发展阶段和企业实际来进行 ,在强调与市场配置资源的规律和企业的运作实际相契合的基础上 ,着重处理好“抓大”与“放小”、“进入”与“退出”等八个层面的关系。
The adjustment of ownership structure should be conducted in accordance with regional economic characteristics, economic development stage, and real situation of enterprises. The relationship between griping large enterprises and freeing small ones should be emphasized on the basis of following the rule of resources allocation by market and the practical operation of enterprises.
