摘要
用微量热法研究了枸杞多糖对小鼠白血病细胞L12 10 代谢作用的热化学特征。结果表明 ,枸杞多糖对L12 10 细胞代谢有明显的抑制作用 。
The micro calorimetric method was applied to the study on the thermochemical characteristics of the inhibitory action of polysaccharides of lycium barbarum (LBP) on the metabolism of leukaemia cell L 1210 with small mouse as experimental animal. It was shown by the experimental results that LBP had remarkable inhibitory effect on the metabolism of the leukaemia cell L 1210, and that lycium barbarum can be made into a medicine for prevention and cure of tumour (benign or malignant).
