摘要
建立了一种新的氮分析法分析单基药中硝化棉的含氮量。单基药试样预处理后 ,可直接进行氮的测定。相对标准偏差 <0 .6 % ,回收率为 99.2 %～ 10 0 .8% ,结果满意。该法简单、快速、精密度和准确度高、无毒。
After the pretreatment of the single base powder sample, nitrocotton in the sample was separated and purified. The nitrogen content in the pure nitrocotton was then determined by the NA 1500 Nitrogen Analyzer. The precision and recovery tests were performed by using six standard samples, RSD′s found were less than 0.6% and recoveries in the range of 99.2% to 100.8% were obtained. The analytical results of some routine samples obtained by the Analyzer checked very well with those obtained by the interferometer method. Analysis by the Analyzer showed the special features of simple and rapid in operation, high in precision and accuracy, and good in also safety and non-toxicity to the operator.
