流动注射氢化物发生原子吸收光谱法测定酱油中砷 被引量:2

摘要 采用紫外消化技术处理样品 ,流动注射氢化物发生原子吸收光谱法测定酱油中砷。方法的检出限为 0 .14ng·ml- 1,线性范围为 0 .80~ 2 4 .0ng·ml- 1,相对标准偏差为 3.5 %~ 8.4 % ,样品加标回收率为 96 .9%~ 10 6 .5 %。方法的灵敏度高 ,选择性好 ,试剂及样品用量少 ,操作方便 ,分析快速 ,每小时可分析 6 0个样品 。 Arsenic in soy sample treated by ultraviolet digestion was determinated by the flow injection hydride generation atomic absorption spectroscopy. The limit of detection was found to be 0.14ng·ml -1. Linear relationship was found in the range of 0.80 to 24.0ng of arsenic per ml of solution. RSD′s in the range 3.5% to 8.4% (n=8) were found at the concentration levels of 20 to 44μg of arsenic per liter. Recoveries between 96.9% to 106.5% were obtained by the standard addition method. A sampling frequency of 60 samples per hour was attained.
