摘要
在选择了生物样品最佳消化方法、汞蒸气生成及检测最佳条件等的基础上 ,将流动注射 (FI)与蒸汽发生原子吸收光谱法 (VG- AAS)有机地结合起来 ,建立了生物样品中汞含量的测定方法。该法简便、快速、灵敏度高 ,测定的相对标准偏差 (n=6 )为 2 .8%— 3.3% ,试样加标回收率为 97.2 %— 10 1.4 % ,检出限为 0 .0 5μg· L- 1 ,特征浓度为 0 .5 5μg· L- 1 / 1% ,用于生物样品中汞的测定 。
A flow injection(FI) vapor generation(VG) atomic absorption spectrometric with vapor generation accessory (VG AAS) method was proposed for the determination of mercury in biologieal samples. The method was reliable and highly sensitive. Under the optimum conditions ,the detection limit was 0.05μg·L -1 , the recoveries of standard addition was 97.2%-101.4% and the RSD( n =6)was 2.8%-3.3%.For the practical samples, a satisfactory result was got by this method.
