摘要
着重介绍一种简单实用的铝硅合金压铸件涂漆前化学处理工艺及其漆膜的结合性能。该工艺操作简单,槽液稳定,其处理膜层对油漆吸附性能好,用此工艺成本较阳极氧化低4～5倍,是一种有较高使用价值的铸铝涂装前处理工艺。
This paper introduces emphatically a kind of chemical treatment process prior to the coating on the die casting pieces of aluminium-silicon alloy and its film adhesion. The process is simple, the bath is stable and the adhesion of the film to the paint is excellent and the cost of the process is 4 to 5 times lower than that of anodic oxidation. It is a valuable treatment prior to the coating on casting aluminium.
