摘要
介绍了激光焊接过程实时监测技术的理论根据 ,阐述了激光焊声、光信号监测仪的设计原理、方法及应用电路。试验表明 :该仪器精度高、响应速度快、工作可靠 。
The principles and technologies of in thime detect in laser welding are introduced.The circuit for acoustic and optical detector is discussed.The detector is designed for high precision,rapid response,reliabilty.It is stisfied for in time control.
