摘要
对发生纵裂、刺穿的NC5 0钻杆接头进行了失效分析。结果表明 ,接头用钢的化学成分、金相组织、机械性能符合API标准及订货技术条件。失效的原因是打井时狗腿较大 ,造成接头上的侧向力加大 ,引发接头与井壁摩擦产生热龟裂 ,直至开裂、刺穿。
In this paper,the reasons for longitudinal cracking and washout of the NC50 drill pipe joints are analyzed.The results show that chemical composition,metallographic structure and mechanical properties of steel for the tool joints conform to the API standard and the customer's technical requirement.The main cause is due to severe dogleg which increased the lateral force on the joints and the lateral force resulted in the friction between the joints and well bore during drilling.The longitudinal cracking and washout of the joints is attributed to the network cracking induced by the friction.
