喉舒宁片中穿心莲内酯和脱水穿心莲内酯的HPLC测定 被引量:6

Determination of Andrographolide and 14-Deoxy-11,12- didehydroandrographolide in Houshuning Tablets by RP-HPLC

摘要 建立了测定喉舒宁片中穿心莲内酯和脱水穿心莲内酯含量的 HPL C方法。色谱柱为 Diamonsil C1 8柱 ,甲醇 -水 (70∶ 30 )为流动相 ,流速 1.0 m l/ min,检测波长 2 2 5 nm ,柱温为室温。穿心莲内酯、脱水穿心莲内酯的平均回收率分别为 97.0 %、94 .6 % ,RSD分别为 1.2 %、0 .8% A RP HPLC method for the determination of andrographolide and 14 deoxy 11,12 didehydroandrographolide in Houshuning tablets was established. A Diamonsil C 18 column was used, with the mobile phase of methanol water(70∶30). The flowing rate was 1.0ml/min, and the detection wavelength was 225nm. The average recoveries of andrographolide and 14 deoxy 11,12 didehydroandrographolide were 97.0%( RSD 1.2%) and 94.6% ( RSD 0.8%), respectively.
