摘要
随着依法治国方略的实施和民主化程度的进一步增强 ,原《行政诉讼法》规定的受案范围已落后于司法实践的需要 ,有必要扩大其受案范围 ,真正做到依法行政 。
With carrying out of running the country according to law and further enhancing democratization's degree,the old administrative procedural law's acception cases' limits stipulated is behind the demands of judicial practice.It is necessary to enlarge acception cases' limits,accomplishing the goal of ruling the country by law must manage to administration by law.
