摘要
我国私营企业的发展为社会经济稳定和经济体制改革做出了很大贡献,但是近年来很多私营企业却难以实现可持续发展。企业制度创新是私营企业发展到一定阶段后的必由之路,只有进行产权制度、组织制度、管理制度创新,私营企业才能实现跨越式发展,迎接日益激烈的竞争和挑战。
Private enterprises in China have made great contribution to the tranquilization and the innovation of the national economy. However, they can not keep sustainable development in recent years. Reform of the enterprise system has been the only way out after a period of development. In order to realize the saltant development and face the competitions and challenges, private enterprises must reform their property right system, organization system and management system.
