摘要
为保证实践的成功 ,人在理论付诸实践之前 ,总要对其进行预先检验 ,而不可能坐等实践来检验 ,因实践检验虽能检验出理论正确与否 ,但却是事后检验 ,待检验结果出来时 ,木已成舟 ,成为既成事实 ,起不到防错就正、助成避败的作用。基础理论与应用理论的预先检验方法不同。
To ensure the success of practice, people have to pretest before theory is put into practice. It is impossible to wait to be tested by practice although after test can test a theory. It is a test after the result comes out. The test methods of basic theory and applied theory are different.
