摘要
依法治国 ,建设社会主义法治国家作为治国方略已写进我国宪法 ,这是建国以来法治建设在理论和实践中所取得的最高成就。依法治国首先必须依宪治国 ,切实维护宪法权威 ,这就要求大力发展社会主义市场经济 ,进一步加强民主政治建设 ,解决好法治本身的问题以及强化法治观念。
As a country-governing strategy, gorerning a country by law and constructing a socialist country ruled by law is constitutionalized in China, which is the highest theoretical and practical achievement in the construction of ruling by law since the foundation of the PRC. Governing a country by law is first of all to govern a country by the constitution and maintain the constitutional authority, which requires to greatly develop socialist market economy, further enhance the construction of democratic politics, solve the problems of ruling by law itself and strengthen the sense of ruling by law.
