脑力性疲劳的脉图观察与实验研究 被引量:11

Pulse Biology and Experimental Study of Mental Fatigue

摘要 通过对大学生考试前后的实验观察 ,建立脑力性疲劳模型。进行划消实验 ,测试考试前后桡动脉脉图、心率变异性(HRV)、尿生化如pH值、尿素氮 (BUN)、尿肌酐 (CREA)、尿蛋白 (UR)、尿酸 (UCF)等指标。实验结果显示 :划消实验显示查阅总数降低、错误率显著增高 (P <0 0 0 1 )。疲劳造模后BUN显著升高 (P <0 0 5 ) ;脉图生物龄较疲劳前增大 6 87岁 (P <0 0 0 1 ) ;脉图指标h2 、w/t均有显著增大 (P <0 0 0 1 ) ,h1、h3 、h4、h2 /h1也表现显著增大 (P <0 0 5 ) ;最佳取脉压降低(P <0 0 5 ) ;HRV变异中R -R间期 (RRI)缩短 (P <0 0 5 ) ,极低频波 (VLF)增加 (P <0 0 5 )。结果表明 。 Twenty college students before and after examination were considered to have mental fatigue. Crossing-out experiment showed the identification sum reduced and error possibility increased obviously (P<0 001); meanwhile, the radial pulse biology, heart rate variance (HRV), urine pH value, blood urea nitrogen, urine creatinine, protein and uric acid were measured before and after examination. Results In the presence of mental fatigue, the blood urea nitrogen increased remarkably (P < 0 05); pulse biological age increased by 6 87 years in comparison with that before fatigue (P<0 001); h 2 and w/t of pulse biology increased markedly (P < 0 001); h 1, h 3, h 4, h 2/h 1 also increased (P< 0 05); the optimum pressure for feeling pulse decreased (P < 0 05); the R-R interval of HRV shortened (P < 0 05); very low frequency (VLF) increased (P < 0 05). It was indicated that pulse biology is a non-invasive way to measure and evaluate the mental fatigue.
