摘要
放射性甲基碘法是碘吸附器试验的重要方法之一 ,甲基碘气体发生装置是该方法的核心设备。本文介绍了我们研制的一台可携式甲基碘气体发生装置的结构、技术指标以及性能试验结果。发生装置由甲基碘发生器、气动控制系统、负压箱及附件三部分构成。热试验结果表明 ,样机各操作参数均可维持在正常范围内 ,发生过程平稳。甲基碘的发生量及纯度均满足碘吸附器试验要求。装置设置了安全保护系统和排气净化系统 ,可有效防止放射性气体外逸。装置为可携式 ,体积小、重量较轻 ,现场使用方便。
The radioactive methyl iodide method is one of the important ways to test iodine adsorbers. The methyl iodide generator is the key equipment in this method. In this paper, the structure, technical specifications and results of performance tests of a self made generator are introduced. The generator is comprised of methyl iodide generator body, pneumatic control sysytem and negative pressure box with accesories. The results of 'hot test' showed that all operating parameters could be controlled within normal range, the generating flow rate was stable, and the generating rate and purity of the methyl iodide could meet the requirements of iodine adsorber test. In addition, safety protection system and off gas clean system were designed in the generator to effectively avoid radioactive gas escaping outside. The generator is portable with small size and light weight, which is convenient for on site use. (
