摘要
本文依据治村者的品性和能力 ,区分出好人型、强人型、恶人型、能人型四种理想类型村治型态。讨论了村庄性质、民主制度和治村者的互动关系 ,认为在当前村庄舆论大多解体、村集体经济资源普遍匮乏的背景下 ,治村者个人品性和能力对村级治理具有决定性影响 ,而村级治理的民主化 ,又成为推动民主化村级治理型态变动的制度力量。
According to the virtue and ability of the village governors, this article divides the village governing patterns into four ideal types: the good man, the strong man, the evil man and the able man. It also discusses the mutual drive relation among the nature of the natural village, the democracy system and the village governor, and believes that at present, the personal virtue and ability of the village governor is of decisive influence on the governing in village level, while the democratization improvement by village level can be the power of the system to push forward the change of its patter. This paper tries to portray a general picture of the recycling of the governing in village level.
