摘要
从模拟废水研究证明,厌氧附着膜膨胀床(AAFEB)工艺是一种效率高、适用性广的新型有机废水处理工艺,但要付诸应用,还需试验其处理实际有机废水的效能。 近年来,我国的啤酒生产有了很大的发展,啤酒厂几乎遍及全国各地。
In this paper AAFEB reactor is considered to treat brewery saccharification wastewatcr. When influent COD concentration was 3808-13770 mg/L, operating temperature 28f33, HRT 6 hours, volumetric COD leveling rate 33.76 kg/m3 day, the percentage of COD removal attained 86.88% and volumetric biogas production rate 13.90m3/m3. day. Per kg COD removed produced 0.34m3 of methane. When HRT was shortened to 3.5 hours, volumetric COD loading rate reached 20,35 m3/m3. day. The critical bed expansion was about 10% and critical ratio of alkality to acidity about 3.0
