摘要
目的 :观察大麦 β -葡聚糖对实验性高脂症小鼠的降血脂作用。方法 :以混合大麦 β -葡聚糖粗提物的高脂饲料喂食小鼠。测定血脂值 ;肝脏称重 ,计算肝系数。结果 :大麦 β -葡聚糖能有效降低血浆总胆固醇 (TC)、低密度脂蛋白 (LDL)水平 ;能够降低肝系数 ,缓解肝脏的脂肪病变。结论 :大麦 β -葡聚糖具有良好的降血浆胆固醇效应 ,在肠道内抑制脂类物质的吸收 ,增加其排泄可能是其降血脂的主要机制。
Objective:To investigate effect of Barley β-glucans on serum cholesterol-lowering in hypercholesterolemic mice.Methods:Mice were fed lipids-rich diets mixed with barley β-glucans.Serum lipids were measured and livers were weighted to calculate liver coefficient.Results:Barley β-glucans effectively lowered cholesterol and low density lipoprotein in plasma,reduced liver coefficient and alleviated pathological changes of fatty liver.Conclusion:Barley β-glucans have hypocholesterolemic effect. The main mechanism may be inhibtion of lipids absorption in the intestine leading to increase excretion.
