摘要
从制度变迁的角度来分析合作金融组织的发展过程 ,农村合作基金会存在的大量问题 ,标致着诱致式变迁的扭曲 ,而农村信用合作社代表的政府强制性变迁目前有很多困难 ,政府应把两种变迁方式有效结合起来 .承认农村合作基金会和民间金融组织的金融性质 ,并对它们进行规范管理 。
Based on the institutional of the rural financial coorperatives, their developmental process and existent problems were analyzed. The failure of rural financial coorperative funds marks the torsion of inductive transition method. It is difficult to carry on compulsory transition method in rural financial coorperatives. Furthermore, some countermeasures were presented on combining the two methods pro perly and restoring rural financial coorperatives.
