摘要
目的 探讨 2种不同根管充填剂的临床疗效。方法 16 4例根尖周炎、牙髓炎病人随机分两组分别采用Vitapex与根管糊剂进行根管充填。 结果 经 2年临床观察 ,Vitapex组成功率为 96 4%,根管糊剂对照组成功率为 88 1%,两组差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 Vitapex用于根充临床疗效优于根管糊剂。
Objective To compare the clinical effect of two different root filling material.Methods In this study,164 patients with periapical periodontitis or pulpitis were divided into two groups randomly.In experiental group the root canals were filled with vitapex while in control group the root canals were filled with root canal paste.Then the clinical effects were observed for two years.Results The successful rate(96.4%) was higher experiental group than that in control group(88.1%).There differences was significant between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Vitapex had a better effect than root canal paste.
