摘要
目的 观察对比中药加放化疗和放化疗两种方案对晚期肺癌的治疗效果。方法 随机将 12 0例晚期肺癌病人分为两组 :A组 5 8例 ,使用中药加放化疗 ;B组 6 0例 ,使用放疗加化疗。结果 中药加放化疗组的近期疗效、1年生存率、3年生存率和生活质量 4项指标均高于放化疗组 ,其中后两项差异有显著意义。结论 中药加放化疗治疗晚期肺癌对于改善病人的临床症状和生活质量、延长生存期具有显著效果。
Objective To compare the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine plus chemotherapy and radiotherapy,and chemotherapy plus radiotherapy on advanced lung cancer.Methods 120 cases of patients with advanced lung cancer were divided into group A and B at random.Group A included 58 cases treated with taditional Chinese medicine puls chemotherapy and readiotherapy and group B included 62 cases treated with chemotherapy plus radiotherapy.The recent curative effect survival rates in 1 year and 3 years,and the life quality of patients were observed.Results The recent curative effect survival rates in 1 year and in 3 years,and the life quality of patients in group A were all superior to those in group B,and there was significant difference between group A and B about the survival rate in three years and the life quality.Conclusion The regimens of traditional Chinese medicine puls chemotherapy and radiotherapy has obvious curative effect on advanced lung cancer in improving the clinical symptoms and life quality,and prolonging the survival time.
