摘要
目的 探讨低浓度大剂量利多卡因进行肿胀吸脂术。方法 将利多卡因、肾上腺素、碳酸氢钠按一定比例配比进行皮下脂肪层分层注射麻醉完成吸脂。结果 低浓度大剂量利多卡因肿胀吸脂出血少 ,镇痛持久 ,无中毒。结论 利多卡因在 0 1g/L以下 ,肿胀吸脂术安全、有效而彻底。
Objective To study the adlministration of high-dosage of lidocaine with low concentration in tumescent liposuction.Methods Lidocaine adienaline and sodium were compounded to certain scale and injected in to each level of subcutaneous fat to carryout the operation of fat suction.Results This method had the resulting diminution both in pain and blood loss without any sign of intoxication menjfested.Conclusion The aderministration of lidocaine under a concertration of 0.1g/L is safe and effective with fat copletely sucted.
