摘要
本文研究了光轴周期反转结构光波导的实现方法,利用这种结构的光波导进行了非线性倍频实验.实验表明,此结构对基频光和倍频光的传播常数具有调制作用,得到了减小契连柯夫发射角的结果,说明精确控制波导的结构参数就可以在光波导中实现区域周期反转结构相位匹配的非线性倍频.
Second Harmonic Generation by periodic domain structure of nonlinear optical waveguide has been studied experimentally.Here reports a method for SHG. This method makes a success of nonlinear waveguide of periodic domain structure in LiNbO_3 crystal.The experimental result shows that this method decreased the angle of SH Cerenkov radiation and possibility of phase matching in this structure of waveguide.
