摘要
资料室的采访工作在网络环境下面临着新的问题与挑战。采访人员只有及时转变观念 ,提高自身素质 ,认真搞好采访的调研工作 ,制订新的采访原则与方法 ,并做好采访文献质量的评估工作 ,才能建设具有特色的馆藏体系 。
The gathering and interviewing work of the reference room is faced with new problems and challenges under the Internet condition.Personnel of the reference room should change their concepts timely,improve their own quality carry out investigation work consciously.They should also formulate new principles and methods of gathering and interviewing and well conduct the evaluation work of documents.Only so,can they set up a good reference room system with characteristic and better serve teaching and research.
