摘要
高阶滤波器的有源实现方法之一是二阶基本节级联.OTA-C 二阶基本节滤波器可适于大规模集成、本文就 OTA-C 二阶滤波器三个未解决的问题造行研究,得到新的一类多参数独立可调的 GTGC 二阶节电路,并给出该类电路理论分析和试验结果.
The cascade of biquad active sections is one way of high order active filter realization.The biquad section realized by OTA-C is suited for VLSI fabrication.In this paper,we study several interested and still unsolved problems of OTA-C biquad active filters.We have got a series of new GTGC biquad active circuits.The Parameters,ω_0,Q and A_0 of these circuits can be contrclled separately.The theoretical analyses and experiments of these circuits ars presented.
