摘要
作者报告甲亢手术183例中出现并发症者21例。警惕术前服心得安后术中出现的严重反应,讨论抢救体会和并发症预防。
21 cases of complication in 183 cases operation of thyrotoxicosis were reported. Warn severe reaction at operation due to taking propranalum preoperation. Appreciation on first-aid treatment and prevention for complication were discussed.
