摘要
环五肽BQ 123(-D-Asp-L-Pro-D Val L-Leu-D Trp-)有效地抑制内皮素-1(ET1)引起的下述反应:大鼠血压升高、离体主动脉条收缩、离体灌流心脏挛缩、培养的血管平滑肌细胞Ca^(2+)内流增加和细胞增殖等,其效应呈剂量依性。实验结果提示BQ 123作为ET1拮抗剂,对于研究ET?的理与病理生理意义和对于防治Ef参与病的其有重要意义。
The cyclic pentapeptide, -D-Asp-L-Pro-D-Val-L-Leu-D-Trp-, effectively inhibited endothelin 1(ET1)-induced biological effects, sucb as elevation of blood pressure, contraction of isolated aortic stripand cardiac contracture, increasing ^(45)Ca influx and proliferation of cultured aortic smooth muscle cells,etc. These cffects of BQ 123 against ET l wea dose-dependent. The results suggest that BQ 123, as apotent ET 1 antagonist, would provide powerful tools for studying the physiological and pathophysiolo-gical role of ET 1 and for preventing and treating ET 1-related disorders.
