几种合成寡肽联合检测HCV感染

摘要 利用3个合成寡肽和抗-C100试剂盒,检测了165例慢性肝病中的HCV感染率,结果发现 68%(58/85)的慢性肝炎、68%(33/48)的肝硬化和59%(19/32)的肝癌均与 HCV感染有关。 3 oligopeptides including CP9 and CP10, derived from the putative core gene of HCVgenome, andGOR, the antibody to which has been shown closely related to HCV infection, were synthesized. Theseoligopeptides, combined with anti-C100 kit, were used to detect HCV infection in 165 cases of chronicliver diseases. 68%(58/85)of chronic hepatitis, 69%(33/48)of liver cirrhosis and 59%(19/32)of hepato-cellular carcinoma were anti-HCV and/or anti-GOR positive, and the positive rate was higher in theHBV positive group. It was also found that anti-CP9 and anti-CP10 were more useful markers indetecting HCV infection than anti-GOR and anti-C100, though the latter two could complement theformer two.
