摘要
本室建成非转化的小鼠胸腺上皮细胞系,命名为MTEC_1。在无外源刺激下,MTEC_1细胞可自发分泌多种类型细胞因子,包括IL-1、IL-6、IL-7、GM-CSF及化学趋化因子(CF)。其中IL-6、GM-CSF及CF为高水平分泌量;IL-1为中度,IL-7为低水平分泌量。MTEC_1细胞不能自发分泌IL-3及TNFα。MTEC_1细胞系的建立,不仅可用于在体外培养中分析胸腺选择的信号需要,且可用于分析自分泌细胞因子间连接产生的网络调节。
The cytokine production by MTEC_1 cells, an untransformed murine thymic epithelial cell line est-ablished in this laboratory, has been investigated. Without exogenous stimulation, the MTECI cells con-stitutively produced multiple types of cytokines, including IL 1, IL-6, IL-7, GM-CSF and chemotac-tic factor(s). Of which, IL-6,GM-CSF and chemotactic factor(s) were abundant; IL-1, moderate, andI-7 at low level. MTEC_1 cells neither produced detectable IL-3 nor TNFa. Thus, the MTEC_1 cellsmay be useful not only in the evaluation of the signals required for thymic selections in vitro, butalso useful in the analysis of the cascade regulation of autocrine cytokine production.
