摘要
本文总结在生物无机化学实验室进行的医化学研究,解释了关于外源性物质与细胞相互作用的概念,当一个细胞参与这种相互作用时,在表现为一个在特定生物背景中并在生物控制下工作的复杂反应系统,提出了一个多靶分子模型以解释这类相互作用以及在空间和时间坐标上出现的化学事件和生物事件,把这类系统与无生命的化学反应系比较,讨论了它们的特点。
By reviewing the medicochemical studies conducted in Bioinorganic Chemistry Laboratory, a conce-pt on the interaction between exogeneous substance and cell was explained. As a cell involves in theseinteractions, it behaves as a complex reaction system working in specific biological background and underbiological control. A multiple target model was proposed to explain these interactions and the chemicalas well as biological events in spatial and time seales. The characteristics of these systems were discussedby comparing them with those of the abiotic chemical reaction systems.
