摘要
4种秦艽水提物与醇提物分别用巴豆油引起的小鼠耳肿胀和角叉菜胶引起的大鼠足跖肿胀试验其抗炎作用,用醋酸引起的鼠腹痛试验其镇痛作用。结果表明,所试验的4种秦艽都有一定的抗炎和镇痛作用,其中以粗茎秦艽作用明显。这可以表明,秦艽的药理作用与其“祛风湿,止痹痛”的功能相一致。
This paper reports a comparative studies on the anti-inflammation and analgesic activities of theroots of four Gentiana species used as the Chinese drug 'Qin Jiao', The results showed that all thesesamples have antiinflammation and analgesic activities. Among the four species, thc effects of RadixGentianae Crassicaulis is obvious. This makes clear that the effects of the Chinese drug 'Qin Jiao' iscorrespound with the efficacy of 'dispel pathogenic wind and dampness, antiarthritis with severe pain.'
