PowerBuilder最吸引人的地方就是其强大的数据窗口技术 ,它为展现数据的本质提供了丰富的手段。数据窗口能够从多种数据源提取数据 ,然后以多种风格展现在用户面前。一个程序员能否用好、用活数据窗口是非常重要的。在建立一个PowerBuilder应用过程中 ,重复定义用于显示检索结果的窗口 ,既浪费时间又没有一个统一的显示风格。因此根据Message对象和DataWindow的特性 ,建立了一个多功能的通用数据预览窗口 ,它可以加快应用程序开发周期 ,使维护更加简单 ,用户界面更为友好。已用在多个MIS中 ,并得到用户好评。
DataWindow is one of the most attractive and powerful technique of PowerBuilder,it offers various methods for presenting the essence of data. You can gather information from different data sources and display it in diverse forms. Using datawindow adroitly is important for a PowerBuilder programmer. When building a PowerBuilder application, repeated defining of datawindow for query results is a waste of time which also leads to inconsistent of display styles. A multifunctional data-preview window by using Message object and Datawindows property is introduced. This technique is capable of shortening the developing cycle, simplifying the maintenance and building a friendlier user interface.It has been applied in several MIS and has positive appraisement from user.
