摘要 目的 探讨 Bcl- 2和 c- Myc在人类大肠腺癌 (largeintestine adenocarcinoma,L IA)中的表达及其意义 .方法 运用 HE染色和免疫组织化学方法对 72例人类 L IA进行研究 ,并采用 5例正常人类结肠组织作为对照 .结果  L IA的细胞凋亡随肿瘤分化的不同 ,而有显著的差异 (P<0 .0 1) ,肿瘤的分化程度越高 ,凋亡指数 AI值越大 .Bcl- 2和 c- Myc在L IA中均具有较高程度的表达 ,二者的阳性率分别为 6 1.1%和 6 6 .7% .Bcl- 2与 L IA的分化程度有关 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,肿瘤分化越低 ,其表达也就越低 .c- Myc在不同分化程度 L IA中的表达无显著差异 .Bcl- 2和 c- Myc在 L IA组织中的阳性反应呈显著正相关 (r=0 .4 0 2 ,P<0 .0 5 ) .结论 大肠腺癌细胞凋亡与肿瘤的恶性程度有关 ,Bcl- 2与 c- Myc均与 L IA的细胞凋亡的调控有关 ,推测 Bcl- 2能阻断 c- Myc诱导凋亡的作用 ,但不影响其刺激增殖的作用 ,c- Myc对细胞凋亡和增殖的调控机制是不完全一致的 . AIM To investigate the expression of Bcl 2 and c Myc in the modulation of apoptosis in human large intestine adenocarcinoma (LIA) and evaluate its significance. METHODS Seventy two samples of human LIA specimens were studied by HE stain and immunohistochemistry. RESULTS Apoptosis in LIA changed significantly with the differentiation of neoplasm. The higher the differentiation was, the higher the apoptosis index (AI) was. AI was (4.86±0.03) in well differentiation LIA, (1.82±0.58) in moderate differentiation LIA and (1.07± 0.45 ) in poorly differentiation LIA respectively. Bcl 2 and c Myc were all expressed in LIA, whose percent of positivity were 61.1% , 66.7%, respectively. But the expression of Bcl 2 changed the differentiation of neoplasm ( P <0.05), which was expressed lower in moderate, poorly differentiated specimens but higher in well differentiated specimens, while c Myc had no such corelationship with the differentiation of neoplasma. There was prominently positive correlation between Bcl 2 and c Myc immunoreactivity ( P <0.05, r =0.402). CONCLUSION Both of bcl 2 and c myc genes are correlated with the modulation of apoptosis in LIA, but could not affect the function of proliferation stimulating. Bcl 2 is believed to prevent the apoptosis induced by c Myc.
