摘要
目的 研究新型牙本质脱敏剂极固宁的作用机制。方法 临床观察牙本质过敏患者 10 9例 ,患牙2 0 7颗 ,应用极固宁进行脱敏治疗并观察即刻疗效以及一个月后的持续效果。在实验室中扫描电镜下观察离体牙表面在药物的作用下的变化情况。结果 临床治疗的即刻总有效率为 97.10 % ,一个月后复查仍有 92 .6 9%的有效率。扫描电镜观察到牙本质横断面牙本质小管开口基本消失 ,为结晶状物质封闭。结论 极固宁是一种临床疗效很好的牙本质脱敏剂 。
Objective To investigate the effect of a new desensitizer on the treatment of dentinal hypersensitivity.Methods Two hundred and seven teeth from 109 patients were treated with a new desensitizing substance.The histological changes on the surface of extracted teeth induced by the medical effects were observed under SEM.Results The successful rate was 97.10 %,while after 30 days the successful rate was 92.67 %.The observations showed the dentinal tubules were obstructed by crystalline.Conclusion The new desensitizer has good effect on dentinal hypersensitivity.
