摘要
报道了 84例急性病毒性心肌炎患者及 11例正常人核素左心室功能测定 ,并将患者分为两组 ,分别应用参麦注射液和一般治疗。结果显示 :急性病毒性心肌炎患者左室收缩功能及舒张功能均有不同程度的受损 ,经治疗逐渐恢复。两组间比较 ,参麦注射液的疗效明显优于对照组。
The left ventricular functions were examined by radionuclide ventriculography in 84 patients with acute viral myocarditis and 11 normal persons. The patients were divided into two groups. One group was treated with Ginseng-Ophiopogon injection. The other was with conventional therapy. The results showed that the systolic and diastolic functions of left ventricule in patients with acute viral myocarditis were damaged with various magnitude and recovered gradually after therapy. At last ,we found that the therapeutic effect of Ginseng-Ophippogon injection is significantly better than that of conventional therapy.
