心钠素(ANP)是由心肌分泌的激素,具有利钠、利尿、扩张血管,降低血压的作用,烫伤后血浆ANP显著高于正常,而心房ANP则明显降低,48小时接近正常水平。胃动素是由十二指肠及近端空肠分泌的激素,有促进胃肠收缩之功能,烫伤后胃动素明显低于正常,48h回升至正常水平。
