摘要
本文研究了普通高校艺术体操课教学内容和音乐选择的原则与方法。在教学实践中表明,选用徒手练习教学是行之有效的,并取得了较好的教学效果。
This article discusses the content of artistic gymnastics courses and theprinciple and method of the choice of music in general institutions of higherlearning. Teaching practices have shown that the method of teachingartistic gymnastics through bare-handed axercises is effective.
