摘要
无金属鞣法不仅能够消除铬也能减少因用其他金属盐鞣制而产生的中性盐。本文研究了一种由三个有机鞣剂构成的结合鞣。较好的方法是先用 1%唑烷初鞣 ,然后用 15 %的荆树皮栲胶复鞣。为了减小填充及加脂引起收缩温度的降低 ,在填充及加脂后再用 2 %的戊二醛补充鞣制。用该有机结合鞣法制成的黄牛汽车座套革的收缩温度为 92℃ ,抗张强度为 0 .47MP/m2 ,撕裂强度为 89.6N/m ,崩裂强度为 2 46.0N/m .
Nonmetal tannage can eliminate chrominum and decreace the natural saltes from the process tanned with other metal tanning agents.In this paper,a kind of organic combination tannage composed of three organic tanning agents is studied. A good order is pretanning with 1% Oxazolidine and retanning with 15% mimosa.To prevent to Ts reduce bring about the process of filling and fatting 2% glutaraldehyde is used after filling and fatting.With this organic combination tannage the bovine automotive leather has Ts being to 92℃,tensile strength to 0.47 MP/m 2 ,tearing strength to 89.6N/m,bursting strength to 246.0N/m.
