摘要
高速钢轧辊具有硬度高、红硬性好、耐磨性好等特点,在轧钢行业获得了广泛应用。文章综述了高速钢轧辊的成分、组织、性能、制造方法和应用效果以及高速钢轧辊使用中的注意问题,并展望了高速钢轧辊研究与发展方向。
High speed steel roll has the characteristics of high hardness, good red hardness and excellent wear-resistance, is widely used in steel rolling industry. In the paper, the composition, structures, properties, manufacture methods and service effects of high speed steel roll are reviewed, the problems that high speed steel roll exists in use are discussed, researching and developing direction of high speed steel roll is also forecasted.
