The key factor for the archive sector to survive the market economy and to develop under its condition is to increase the quality of the archive workers, so as to increase the archive management level. To do so, it is necessary to train a number of archive administrative personnel, who not only possess good political quality and multidisciplinary expertise, but also are well knowledgeable of modem science and technology. These are also needed for the further development of the archive work in the new situations.
