摘要
目的 观察苯那普利对充血性心力衰竭 (CHF)的疗效。方法 4 5例CHF病人 ,随机分为苯那普利组 2 5例 ,以利尿剂、洋地黄和苯那普利 (10mgpoqd)治疗 3周 ;对照组 2 0例 ,仅以利尿剂和洋地黄治疗。 结果 治疗 3周后 ,苯那普利组总有效率为 88% ,对照组为 6 5 % ;两组治疗后SV、EF、CO和CI均较治疗前明显提高 (P <0 0 1) ,两组间比较差异有显著性 (P <0 0 1)。结论 苯那普利可以增加CHF病人的SV、EF、CO和CI 。
AIM\ To observe the effects of benapril on the patients with the congestive heart failure. METHODS\ Forty five patients of CHF were randomly divided into the benapril groups treated with digitals, diuretics and benapril 10 mg,po,qd for 3 wk,and the control group treated with digitals and diuretics only. RESULTS\ After 3 wk treatment, the difference of SV,EF,CO and CI as significant( P<0\^01 ), and the difference of the two groups was significant ( P< 0 01). CONCLUSION Benapril can increase the levels,improve the cardiac function signicantly.
