重庆市1999年道路交通事故伤的流行病学分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的 探讨重庆市道路交通事故发生分布规律 ,为事故预防提供依据。方法 对重庆市道路交通事故资料进行清理登录和计算机处理分析。结果  (1) 1999年共发生交通事故 80 93起 ,死亡 10 39人 ,受伤5 30 9人 ,比上年分别上升 2 8.6 %、0 .1%、4 8.4 %。伤亡比为 5 .1:1;男女比为 2 .4 :1;年龄主要分布段 2 1~ 4 5岁之间 ,占伤亡人员的 6 1.6 %。 (2 )步行和乘车两种方式伤亡最多 ,死亡 73.4 % ,受伤 6 8.4 %。 (3) 10 :0 0~ 12 :0 0和 14 :0 0~ 16 :0 0是一天中的事故高峰。 (4)事故中人为因素占 94 .8% ,车辆因素占 2 .3% ,道路因素占 0 .0 1% (没有死亡 )。结论 重庆市道路交通事故处于较为严重的时期 ,加强机动车职业驾驶员和新驾驶员的安全教育和管理 ,严格控制行人和乘车人的事故伤害 。 Objective To analysed and compare with other materials ,and provided some accident prevention counter measures. ?Methods The road traffic accident(RTA) data were managed by computer ,then analysed and discussed.?Results (1)?The amounts of RTA, deaths and the injured were 8?093,1?039 and 5?309 in 1999,respectively. In comparison with those in 1998, it increased by 28.6%, 0.1% and 48.4%, respectively. The ratio of injury to death was 5.1:1. The sex ratio of male and female was 2.4:1.?The majority victims aged 21 45 years were 3?912 (61.6%).?(2)?The great majority of deaths and injured were pedestrians and passengers.?Among them,763 (73.4%) died,3?632 (68.4%) were injured.?(3)?In a day,accidents happened at two peaks:10:00 12:00 O'clock in the morning and 14:00 16:00 O'clock in the afternoon.?(4)?Among the causes of RTA,the human factor were 94.8%,motor vehicle was 2.3%, and road was 0.01%(no deaths).?Conclusion Strengthen the education and management of professional motor drivers and new motor drivers, and to control the injuries strictly for pedestrians and passengers,the traffic safety will be improved.
