摘要
社会主义的农业道路与整个社会主义的实践连在一起。落后的历史条件 ,高对抗的国际环境 ,特别是社会主义公式化、简单化的实践 ,让它走的是一条单一的集体化发展道路。沉重的历史负担 ,超常的自我束缚 ,造成了农业发展的极度落后。改革开放使农业又重新回到了正确的轨道。以发展生产力为前提 ,以联产承包责任制为形式 ,在个体经营不断发展的基础上 ,逐步实现传统农业向现代农业、个体经营向集约化经营的发展。
Socialist agricultural road is connected with the whole socialist practice. The poor historical conditions, highly international environmental confrontations and especially the stereotyped and oversimplified practice of socialism made it follow a unitary road of collectivization. The heavy historical burden and the extraordinary self fettering made the extremely backward of the agricultural development. Reforming and opening to the outside world made the agriculture return back to the correct road. To develop productive forces as the premise and the system of contracted responsibility linking remuneration to output as the pattern, the traditional agriculture are progressing, on the basis of the continuous development of individual operation, towards modern agriculture and the individual operation towards intensify.
