摘要
高校传统人才培养模式弊端很多,应当予以废除。相反,培养创新型人才于我国“兴旺发达”意义重大,高校应为此而努力。创新型人才培养主要应采取六个方面的措施,即要更新教育思想和教育观念、重视学生个性发展、树立新的教育质量观、抓好创新型师资队伍建设,坚持知识、能力和素质的辩证统一以及深化教育教学综合改革。
Traditional model of training college and university talents should be abolished because there are many disadvantages in it.It is very meaningful to train innovative talents.To train innovative talents,six measures are suggested.They are:renew education thoughts and ideas;lay emphasis on personal education of students;build a new sense of education quality;make great efforts to have new-type teachers staff;insist on the dialectical unity of knowledge,ability and quality;and strengthen comprehensive innovation of education and teaching.
