摘要
珠三角的现代化建设属后发国家的区域现代化建设 ,其参考系的建构应该抓住三个方面 :第一 ,在理论层面 ,从已有的现代化理论中提取合理内核 ,准确地把握现代化是一个国家或地区在经济、政治、社会体制和运行方式等方面不断更新的连续过程 ;第二 ,在经验层面 ,要汲取世界各国现代化进程中值得借鉴的经验教训 ;第三 ,在实践操作层面 ,要立足于自身的特性 ,从自身所处的各种环境出发选择适合的现代化路径。
Modernization construction in the Pearl River Delta belongs to regional modernization of developing countries, so the construction of its reference frame should be focused on the following three aspects. In theory, we may absorb the reasonal core from the current modernization theory and correctly consider that modernization is a continuous renewal course in economy, politics, social system and operational ways. In experience, we must absorb that of other countries in their modernization. In operation, we must choose a suitable way which is based on our own features and environment.
