摘要
提出了一个用于模拟多级顺流干燥中谷物缓苏过程的数学模型,并给出了相应的算法。以玉米为例,分析了缓苏过程中谷粒内部水分的变化情况,以及缓苏对再次干燥的降水、能耗、谷物终水分和出口谷温等重要指标的影响。同时还分析了干燥时间、初始热风温度、热风量和初水分对缓苏的影响。分析表明,模拟结果是合理的,对指导实际生产有一定的意义。
A mathematical model of tempering process and appropriate numerical algorithm is developed.The moisture content movement within an individual corn kernel in tempering process and the effect of tempering on multi-stage concurrent-flow corn dryer performance (such as,drying rate,energy consumption,final moisture content,grain temperature) are analysed.On the other hand,the effect of different parameters (such as,drying time.hot air temperature,air flow rate,initial moisture content,etc.)on tempering is predicted.The sim- ulation result can be useful to instruct practical production.
