摘要
通过对物料在挤压机挤出段的运动分析,建立了挤出段物料的压力、滞留时间及剪切强度的数学模型,分析了挤压机结构参数、操作条件和物料水分对挤压性能的影响。在此基础上对挤压饥进行了改进设计。对样机的螺杆转速以及物料水分和温度等参数与性能指标的关系进行了回归分析,找出了挤压机的最佳操作条件。试验结果表明,改进设计的样机,其加工产品的质量指标达到规定要求,机器的工作可靠性和寿命可以提高。
On the basis of analysing the material movement in the metering section of ex- truder,the mathematic models of the material pressure,residence time and shear strength are established.Depending on the influence of extruder structure,working parameter,and the material moisture content on the extruding process performance,a prototype of extruder is developed.The relationship between the prototype performance with the screw rotating speed,material temperature and moisture content is regressively analized and the best work- ing parameters are found out.The experimental result shows that the new design has notable effects on raising product quility,prolonging service life and working reliability of extruder.
